When will my order ship?
All of our leather goods are handcrafted after you place your order. Our typical processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the item and season. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated along the way.
Where are your products made?
Everything is handmade in the USA by us—Scott and Jennifer, a husband-and-wife team. From cutting and stitching to packaging, we craft each item in our home workshop with care, purpose, and prayer.
Is your leather sustainably sourced?
Yes. We work with suppliers that use tanneries with responsible, eco-conscious practices. Our leathers are a by-product of the food industry, and we minimize waste by repurposing scrap leather into earrings and other accessories.
How do I care for my leather goods?
Each leather has it's own unique care, so check out each item for specifics. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe dirt. Suede items can be refreshed with a suede brush or eraser. Keep dry. Do not machine wash. Condition only if needed. Contact us with any care questions!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges on eligible unworn items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items worn outdoors or customized are not eligible for return. See full details in our return policy.
How do I know my moccasin size?
We recommend checking our size charts to find your best fit before ordering. If your measurements don’t appear on the chart, don’t worry—we include custom measuring instructions in every moccasin listing. And if you’re still unsure, we’re just a message away and happy to help.
Are your moccasins for outdoor use?
Yes! Our moccasins are made for comfort indoors and out. While they aren’t heavy-duty boots, they’ll mold to your feet and provide a barefoot-style fit with soft leather comfort.
Can I request a custom item or color?
Yes! If you’re dreaming up something custom—whether sizing, color, or design—we’re happy to chat. Additional processing time and pricing may apply depending on your request.
Do you repair your products?
If you notice a workmanship issue within 30 days of receiving your item, reach out to us. We stand by our craftsmanship and want you to love your gear for years to come.
