Shipping policy

We utilize the USPS for our shipments and provide tracking information for all orders. We make every attempt to ship standard orders within fourteen (14) business days, not including holidays. Custom orders may take up to 21 business days. We will notify you via e-mail if we have any issues and cannot make the order processing times.

Our branded apparel and mugs are shipped through our printing partners, and we charge our shipping costs on these items. The shipping methods they choose (FedEx, UPS, USPS) cannot be altered by us - we have no control over their carriers or costs. Items purchased by our partners may ship separately; they will ship separately from items we make in our shop.

Once packages leaves our shop or our partners', we are not liable for lost shipments. We ship to the address provided; if a change of address is required, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order is still being processed, we will make any necessary changes; however if the package has shipped, it will be the buyer's responsibility to notify the Post Office or other carrier.
